Suzanne J. DuBose graduated magna cum laude in the International Relations Departmental Honors Program from the University of New Mexico obtaining her B.A. in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law. While obtaining her degrees, Suzanne was a member of the Junior Rotary League and Bernalillo County Women's Caucus. She also chaired the Youth Advisory Committee for Congresswoman Wilson and received a number of scholarships and awards for her writing skills as well as having several case synopsis' published in the Defense Lawyer's Association Bulletin. Suzanne is a member of the firm's civil litigation section and her primary focus is in general business litigation and other complex civil litigation. She has represented clients, including, national and regional financial institutions, corporations, small businesses and individuals in an array of matters, including, without limitation, business torts, banking law, construction litigation, contract disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, inverse condemnation and consumer rights.
Suzanne has practiced in both federal and state courts and has successfully argued appeals in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Texas. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Texas. She has successfully "joint chaired" trials and resolved matters in alternative methods of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration in front of the American Arbitration Association.
