Sam Blustein was elected International President-Elect of Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity at the fraternity's 95th annual convention held in Chicago, Illinois. AEPi, whose mission is to develop the future leaders for the North American Jewish communities, is the largest Jewish fraternity with chapters or colonies on over 135 university and college campuses across the United States and in Canada. AEPi, which has more than 7,000 undergraduate members, is the tenth largest fraternity among the 69 member organizations of the North-American Interfraternity Conference and currently ranks number one among fraternity members for grade point average.
Blustein, who has served on the AEPi International Board for the past five years and has also served as General Counsel for AEPi for the past three years, is slated to become the fraternity's International President in August 2010.
